No shop keeper likes restricting numbers of people in their shop. I would sooner serve a queue of customers to the door like we do at Christmas, my day goes quicker & believe it or not i have great fun & a sense of pride when I go home that I have served so many.
For those shoppers that have not noticed the country IS IN LOCKDOWN & Social distancing measures ARE IN PLACE, WE DID NOT PUT THEM THERE!!!
All shops have to comply!
There is no protective bubble that makes you invincible when you walk in to our shop!
If you walk in front of another customer in our shop in their breathing space you can still breath in their droplets!
Please please please do not have a go at us.

We are sorry that you have to wait outside, we are sorry we have to shout to you to leave the shop till someone exits before you can come in, we are sorry that there are only TWO people allowed in at any one time, we are sorry that we may have to make you wait on the black line to distance you from the other shopper whilst they move freely before you can.
BUT HOW SORRY WILL YOU BE WHEN WE HAVE TO CLOSE BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE THINK PROTECTING THEM IS OTT!
Please respect each other & remain 2 meters apart, THAT INCLUDES FROM THE FRONT DOOR, no-one can exit safely if you are pressed up against it feared to miss your place in the queue.
A massive thank you to the majority of customers who have been wonderful. It makes the world of difference to everyone's day .
